Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Sale items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

  • Free return shipping with our prepaid label.

  • A 10% shipping/restocking fee applies to all returns.

Return Criteria

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original packaging

  • Tags and stickers intact

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

  • Email concierge@veseywear.com to request return authorization.

  • If approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

  • The 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@veseywear.com immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, follow the return procedure above and then place a new order for the replacement.

EU Customers

If your order was shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet the return criteria above. A 10% restocking fee applies. Sale items are also eligible for return within 14 days, in line with this policy.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome and process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact help@veseywear.com
