30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original packaging
  • Tags and stickers must be fully intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a return, email us at concierge@veseywear.com. If approved, you'll receive a return shipping label and instructions.

A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If it is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return it and place a new order once your return is accepted.

EU Customers

If your order was shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet the return criteria listed above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
